Back from Thailand…
I’ve just arrived home from a trip to Thailand – perhaps my fifth time in the country since I was a child! I keep returning because I love the Buddhist culture, the spicy food and the laid-back fun lifestyle. The highlights were doing a cookery course with Noi in Kanchanaburi (alongside the famous River Kwai) and visiting Ko Phi Phi Ley (the island where The Beach was filmed) and swimming in it’s turquoise sea.
